Panasonic AG-AF100 Specs Leaked

The Panasonic GH1 was the first Micro Four Thirds camera to include HD video recording capability. Although the Canons may have more potent sensors, Panasonic was the first to take the chip from the GH1 and put it into a camcorder body — combining all the power of the large CMOS sensor with the benefits of a video camera:

• a 4/3-inch image sensor
• better handling (camcorder body)
• XLR audio inputs
• HD-SDI video output
• interchangeable lenses

Sounds very exciting. Unless Canon and/or Sony come up with something better (as they usually do), this will be the hit of 2011.
